Need a logo for a new website that shows people how to drive massive web traffic (mostly from web 2.0 sites).

I would like you to work on a logo for a brand new members-only
website (hasn't launched yet) that will show people how to drive
massive web traffic to any site or blog.
I already have one attempt you can look at:

I like how that looks... but the problem is the sphere logo
came from pixellogo.com and others are using it as well, so I
need something totally unique.
Lo que desea
* Should be modern (somehow 2.0-looking)
* If possible include the "Traffic Generation Lab + Mastermind" tagline in the design.
* The blue I want used is R:53, G:104, B:181 + silvery or glassy-looking element.
* Logo must look good in different sizes (to be placed in banners, stationary and even on t-shirts/hats).
* Use sans-serif fonts only please
