Below are descriptions of our current product logos [supplied]
THE CLARITY COMPASS - Mosaic uses this to define where a project is headed, how success will be defined and how to keep all stakeholders on track throughout the process so that we can successfully complete the project with the highest return on investment
THE CORNERSTONE ASSESSMENT - When you buy a house, you find the best inspector possible to find out what needs to be fixed and the investment you’ll need tomake it livable for your family. In large commercial projects, Mosaic’s Cornerstone Assessment takes that kind of process and magnifies the level of detail and documentation. This deep and comprehensive survey identifies problems and concerns then assesses needs on any property or project, whether it’s a new acquisitionor the repositioning of an existing one.
THE COLLABORATIVE BLUEPRINT - The traditional design process moves like an arrow through multiple departments, one after the other. While that seems simple, it’s a path that’s often fraught with problems. Things that look great in an initial architectural design might contain ideas that no one realizes are impractical or impossible until things are well underway.
THE PROCESS NAVIGATOR - When you pull together a team of architects, business owners, engineers, contractors and designers, everyone involved makes decisions that are bound to affect the other parties. Our project managers view each project as a Rubik’s Cube and understand that every turn each party makes will impact everyone else involved.
THE VALUE MAXIMIZER - With careful planning, it is always possible to make design projects more cost-effective. Value can be maximized both on new builds and renovations. From managing contractor buyouts to ensuring the highest quality products for the dollars spent. Armed with detailed information, we can also handle all of the details of getting everything placed on order and installed to the site.
