I'm a design/build company renovating all types and ages of homes in the San Diego and outlying areas. I love seeing my clients' amazement when we design a beautiful kitchen, bathroom, first- or second-story addition for their home. Equally, I love to see their reaction when the design is completed over and above their expectations. Remodeling is already stressful experience, and my goal has been to find ways to make it a more enjoyable experience. Company cultures like Apple appeal to me. I want to create a culture more in the direction of "We play hard, but we work hard" attitude with each person defining what they want to accomplish for their goals. I figure if the person working for me is accomplishing his objectives, he is better serving the company objectives. Through business cards, brochures, websites and other creative ideas, I want to convey a sense of trust, saftey, and capability since my clients are trusting us with one of their largest investments. Yet there is a sense of wanting to convey a progressive element to the company's image. I'm not sure what that is exactly, but it's about being something different that conveys an authenticty home owners can relate to.
Also, we are a green company and would like subtlely convey that message. Would also like to tie in the message that our company is capable of doing outdoor living space and landscaping projects

Growing families, 30- to 45-year-olds needing to expand their home;
couples 45 to 65 whose children have left, and now they want to upgrade their home, kitchens, baths, etc. Or they may need to expand due to an aging parent relocating to their home.
I also would like to target the upper end client in general not needing to borrow for there renovation
We do higher-end renovations, so anything with a hammer or nail is out. Want the letters in the name sterling design and remodeling done in creative ways. ( see the last 2 uploads i posted) Want to convey an artistic creative feel in the logo or wording. I am looking have a relationship with the designer of choice to stick with me through designing all other marketing material long term. willing to negotiate if something strikes me.
