Resumen
I need a logo for a Manufactured Home Community located in suburban Licking County, Ohio. I am expanding and upgrading the look and professionalism of the community. There are 103 home sites with plenty of "green-space" in the community. It is a quiet country setting, with trees and a stream. The community is located between a small golf course and a corn field. While we are in a quiet setting we are close to all shopping and services you can imagine.

I want a logo for web-site, letterheads and signage. It should include the name: Villa Vista Manufactured Home Community as well as the subtitle "Quiet Country Living". The logo should be representative of a nice, tranquil community in the country. I'm thinking black lettering with maybe some design showing "country living" theme such as a tree or trees and a stream??? Use your imagination. I'm not looking for anything too elaborate. Simple, professional, fresh.

- Item 1... "Villa Vista" lettering should be dominant and the "Manufactured Home Community" portion can be smaller and/or different font.
- Item 2...A design which would represent "quiet country living"....maybe trees, stream, nature, bird, etc.
