We want our logo to convey our ability to rapidly promote a product or service through social channels.
Please follow best practices for logos. You will not that most big brands do not use gradients and usually only 1-3 colors. Here are a couple of good resources/guidelines:

This site gives you a basic feel for our company, but please do not feel constrained by the look and feel of the site. Perhaps your design will change our minds as to how our site should look!
Our customers are marketing executives from Fortune 500 companies. They are smart and sophisticated and know the rules of branding. In order to speak well to them, the logo should be iconic, convey its message instantly, clean, etc. Think Apple or Audi as good examples.
