Background on the organization's Chair...
Candice launched her own non-profit mentoring and educational program for young girls called Luv Ya Like A Sister in August of 2011 and hopes to roll out it's big sister program in 2015 called womenMPowering. The program will foster a kind and supportive environment of sisterhood that will encourage and empower women to inspire each other, and to be a light and an example for our younger sisters. WomenMPowering will raise money for college scholarships and local charities.
I chose Character image as one of my logo types because I love Rosie the Riveter and if you designed something with a character, she would be who I'd want.

The attached Logo is our sister chapter. I hope that my husband will launch a 100+ Men Who Care, Blackhawk Chapter too so that might be something to keep in mind.
I attached the sample file of our sister chapter to give designers an idea of what another 100 women who care logo looks like and because I like it but want our logo to be different so the chair of the Iowa City chapter doesn't feel as though we copied their mark if that makes any sense.
