It is Saas based social media monitoring, analytics and engagement B2B platform. It is targeted towards marketing and customer service department of an organisation. The platform allows business to monitor their brand on social media, carry out complex analytics on the data and respond to complaints/queries/feedbacks shared by the customers. The platform is a modern version of customer service platform.

The company already has a logo which we have been using since 2010. We are looking to refresh our brand. Hence, we are specifically looking at fresh ideas which can communicate our business and appeal to larger audience. It has to be mix of both professional and playfulness. It needs to be balanced and simple.

It needs to be fresh representing new trends of website design. It needs to be highly responsive towards devices and be able to hold all types of content (text, images, videos, gif etc). As we are a technology company, the website needs to represent the feeling of superiority in terms of technology and appeal to business owners looking to enhance their performance on social media. Also it needs to load fast.
