Intaego is a global technology-driven concierge service designed to support parents of wealthy families in looking after their university-age children while they live/travel/study abroad. Our goal is to be a one-stop-shop for everything our clients need as they adjust to live away from home as a university student. This includes practical help in moving, paying bills, arranging travel, and even day-to-day chores like grocery shopping, as well as academic support such as finding the best tutors, signing up for classes, and otherwise navigating the American college education system. Additionally, we provide peace-of-mind services to parents, acting as an emergency contact for their children, who are thousands of miles away, and keeping a close eye on their wellbeing.
Intaego comes from Latin word Intego, meaning “cover” and “protect”. This reflects the core desired feel of our brand: warm and caring. At the same time, we want to appear professional, efficient/competent, and lux. While the idea of motherly warmth is crucial to our brand, we strive to differentiate ourselves from similar businesses by providing services well beyond what a “mom away from home” provides: this means not only assuring our clients’ well-being but also promoting their academic and professional success, providing a cohort of students of similar backgrounds, and expert consulting and mentoring through this crucial time in their lives.
Our logo and website should visually reflect warmth, success, and prestige. It should appear to people in their 40s and 50s without repelling their children (17 to 23).
Our target audience:
Our clients are high net worth parents of 17 to 23 year olds. They come from all over the world. Their children attended the world’s most exclusive boarding schools. These parents want nothing but the best for their children. They want not just for their child to do well in college, but to flourish.
Our existing clients are mostly in Europe or the Middle East, and their children attend colleges in Boston, DC, or NYC. Our goal is to expand much further.
