This is the list of the primary pages which lead to sub-pages as we progressively add them over time.
Company - A description of our company and management biographies in two separate sections. The main page images would be a slider that reinforce what we do by showing visually what our business is about/doing. The management biography section would have simple, small professional profile picture of 1 or more people with brief descriptions of who they are. This page will need to allow for one or more discrete videos. The primary/main video toward the top will be one that shows our company and managemen team in action within the community.
Our Values - This page would include a) our mission statement and b) a summary of our company values. This page includes an image that reinforces the mission statement and values.
Our Strategy - This page includes a) our investment philosophy and b) investment objectives. The primary image on this page reinforces the outcome of our investment objectives (i.e., our success). This page will need to allow for a discrete video. The video will cover generally why investment is needed, what our company is doing to increase investment in these areas, and how, through our investments, we accomplish our objectives in the community.
Investments - This page should have a separate section for each of our core investment investment or investment initiatives. Each investment section would have a description. Each investment section will need to allow for a discrete video. The videos will cover specifics of each investment, including why it was/is needed, what our company was/is doing to increase investment in these areas, and how, through our investments, we accomplish/accomplished our objectives.
Newsletters - This page will include newsletters (like a blog) that relate to company, investing, and/or community. The newsletter are in chronological order but they are identified by two categories (essentially basic and premium). The content type description, the title and first sentence or two (excerpt) from each article should be visible. Users can go to the full newsletter by clicking on a link. Once in to the page with the full newsletter, users can print the newsletter as well. If users subscribe to premium content and are logged in, they will see the premium newsletters. If they aren't logged in or not a subscriber, they only see the basic (free) content.
