Silk Leadership Lab
An international three/four day leadership journey that allows people to experience complete ownership of life in those areas where one currently feels challenged, both private and work.
This journey will leave the participants with an experience of being at the source of and owning those challenges.
The Silk Leadership Lab allows us to free ourselves from the linguistic veils created by our brain and connect to all living creatures, allowing a new level of relationship and performance to emerge.
Master of Context Study
A 12-month laboratory experience to master distinguishing the “observer-effect” in your life. How one always co-creates its own reality and results.
There is an opportunity to
1) discover and master the observer-shaped nature of reality (reality created by our own brain) which gives insight into the predictability of our own (and that of others) behavior.
2) access connection to all living creatures and shaping a desired inclusive future.
Silk Leadership Lab offers a unique phenomenological journey into the workings of our brain. In this journey one can very pragmatically gain insight in 1) one's own challenges in life 2) distinguish and reveal the structure of how our model of reality is constructed and 3) how it assigns causes that once distinguished are not existing in reality.
Much of the problems we seem to experience, and causes of it, are once inquired into and distinguished, just past based conclusions, concerns and interpretations of how “I” and people “are”, by our brain.
When challenged our brain systematically confuses interpretations with observations.
Although our experiences are as real as they can be, it does not mean they are based on reality. In this journey one can discover for oneself that our experiences are based on polarising interpretations of our brain and not the outside world.
Ancient knowledge and modern science agrees that our brain creates a reality, including an “I”, in which we then function and experience life.
The Silk Leadership Lab offers a context for a learning journey to discover for oneself what is real and what is not in relationship to areas that are
important to oneself. There is an opportunity to discover for oneself that
one's own brain is at the source of the areas in life that are challenging or
It’s our mission to create a context for people to discover the functioning of our own brain in our own life.
This discovery allows us to create futures that fulfill our true purpose, and connect to all living creatures.
This discovery bears the possibility to bring into existence the intention behind the UN declaration of human rights and the possibility it represents.
And at the same time be the tipping point for fulfilling on the UN 2030 Sustainable Developments Goals and the role we and our families and
organisations play in it.
We are created to naturally connect and coexist in harmony with each other
respecting each other’s uniqueness.
However haven’t we created a physical world where our experience is completely the opposite?
We discovered for ourselves that everything that seems not to be working in our lives and in this world, is a function of an undistinguished working of our own brain. Whether we talk our climate, human rights, politics, issues between countries or family and organisational issues, doesn’t it look impossible to really deal with these issues in this polarized worldview?
Isn’t what we call reality nothing but an commonly agreed view we all function in? Isn’t it time we inquire into this view if we wish to solve the greater challenges we face today?
