www.triumgroup.com = I like the "Our Philosophy" page because it provides a concrete explanation of why their services are necessary as a metaphor about icebergs. It helps the website reader to grasp the sometimes vague concepts and need to develop their leaders. An idea is to use the metaphor of a college marching band. Emphasizing that without a leader that communicates a clear direction that band members can hear, understand and trust, they cannot move as a united force in one direction to perform. This metaphor could be illustrated as vintage photos of the Stanford University Marching band. I am open to a similar metaphor. I like the idea of interesting vintage photos that are a little quirky and playful.
