We are a nutrition coaching service. Calorie counting is hard. Diets are restrictive and inevitably fail. It is easy to default to "fat-free" and "100 calorie packs" and not understand why you're hungry. It is easy to go through the drive thru because you're starving and tell yourself you'll do better tomorrow. It is easier to think of food as the enemy.
Nutrition is individual...what is right for your friend may not work for you. Understand what your body needs and when. Eat real food. It doesn't have to be so complex and frustrating. There is no quick fix or magic pill...it IS a process...but it doesn't have to be a misery-inducing one. Having the right game plan for yourself is the first step. We help people find their plan and provide accountability and guidance in sticking with it until it becomes second nature. The target audience is anyone who is ready to make a change. We have experience with everyday people to top competitive athletes.

be creative. This topic can carry a lot of negativity with it that we hope to shed. The goal is to be engaging while still communicating that we know what we're talking about. Most of the day to day will be individualized so the website really to get people in the door.
I've never seen anything good come out of trying to control creativity so let's see what's out there!

Our coach knows the science behind what he asks of people and delivers it in an accessible way. He draws people in because he is fun and engaging. He dances at 6am when he coaches groggy classes through their warm up. He teases people out of funks. He can be silly. But don't do your "homework" and he will be right there demanding to know why. And you'll do it. When someone has an issue he is extremely attentive and makes sure to check in when they aren't around to make sure they are ok. What we're selling is him- so a website should be reflective of that. People should be able to easily see what we're doing and how to sign up without clicking through 80 tabs or being inundated with words and craziness.
