My brother and I make award winning, organic, extra virgin olive oil from our 125 yr old olive orchard in northern CA. Our product is high end, so not everyone like paying for it.. Chefs, nutritionists, Dr's, health nuts, foodies, all love Nuvo.

We want to make a menu that describes how to use the different olive oils and balsamics together. Just like a wine menu might suggest a particular food that compliments the food. So for example, pairing the Jalapeno olive oil with the White Peach balsamic makes for amazing salad dressings, desert dressings on top of strawberry's or as marinade for chicken. So we'll provide the content, but we're looking for an easy to read, but fun looking, simple design that highlights how the oils and balsamics match and then suggest a few ways you can use that pair.
The Menu should be broken down into 4 categories - intro, Extra Virgin Olive Oil, Co-Milled Olive Oil and Aged Balsamic Vinegars. Feel free to re-word or restructure, am open to ideas. Intro California Olives growing on 125 year old olive trees are delicately picked each year by brothers Joshua and Nathan Mardigian. First cold pressed in a vacuum, Nuvo Olive Oil delivers, fresh, organic, extra virgin olive oil with a high content of polyphenols. Extra Virgin - $13 - 250ML Early Harvest, Estate Blend, Expert Blend First Cold Pressed in a Vacuum, USDA/CCOF Certified Organic. COOC Certified Extra Virgin. . 2015 Award Winning LA International Competition All your salads and veggies and even fruit need Extra Virgin Olive Oil for you to absorb maximum nutritional value from your food. Use: For a quick and healthy snack, toast some bread, spread some avocado or tomato on it, salt, pepper, your favorite Nuvo Extra Virgin Olive Oil and voila! Pair with the 18yr old Traditional Balsamic for a classic salad dressing. Pair with the White Peach Balsamic to sweeten things up. Co-Milled Olive Oil - $16 - 250ML All of the following work exceptionally well on salads, chicken, seafood and fish. Maybe you want to add a taste of Basil and Spicy Jalapeno to your fish or chicken; or you could use the garlic and hickory smoke on your fish or chicken. There are choices for your every taste! Basil Basil is a great additional to your Caprese Salad, to your Pasta or Pizza and anywhere else you love basil. Use: Pair the Basil with the Garlic for instant Pesto. Put that on your sandwich for a healthy replacement to butter or mayo. Pair with the 18yr old Traditional Balsamic. Pair with the 12yr old Pomegranate Balsamic. Pair with the White Peach Balsamic . Blood Orange The sweeter cousin of the Meyer Lemon in the world of Citrus. The Blood Orange is wonderful on Chicken and Fish, Quinoa and especially fruits when paired with a fruity balsamic. Ues: Slow cook some swiss chard to give it a hint of sweetness or put your pork chops in a bag with the blood orange and shake. Pair with the Raspberry Balsamic Pair with the White Peach Balsamic, top a plate of spinach or ice cream with strawberries and then add top with this pair! Pair - 3 parts orange, 2 parts Pomegranate and 1 part White Peach Garlic If you love garlic, you'll probably use this on everything. Use: Steak, lamb, pasta, garlic bread, soups, sandwiches, veggies and on and on. Pair with the 18yr old Traditional Balsamic. Pair with the Hickory Smoke Balsamic. Reduce on low heat with the garlic olive oil for an incredible sauce for steak, veggies, tofu, seafood, chicken, fish and wherever your imagination takes you. Meyer Lemon Lemon is a great additional to so many dishes. Use: Top your green beans with it and sprinkle some Parmesan cheese, bake for 10 min at 400F. Make hummus with it or simply finish your asparagus with some Meyer Lemon Pair with the Fig Balsamic for a tart and semi-sweet salad dressing. Pair with the Raspberry for an explosion of tartiness! Pair 2 parts Meyer Lemon with 1 part White Peach and 1/2 part Rosemary - amazing on salad, lamb, soups Rosemary A little bit goes a long way. Use: The Rosemary is especially good on lamb, potatoes, fish, soups. Pair with the 18yr old Traditional Balsamic. Pair with the White Peach Balsamic. Jalapeno A finely balanced heat. It tastes like fresh green bell pepper with a note of heat that builds throughout the meal. Use: Steak, tomatoes, pasta, pizza, salads, french fries, rice, anywhere you want a taste of green bell peppers. Pair with the White Peach Balsamic for an amazing marinade on chicken or as a salad dressing. Pair with the Hickory Smoke and for an awesome marinade or finish for any meal made on the BBQ. Spicy Jalapeno This is for the spicy lovers! It won't overpower your palette, but you'll feel the heat. Use: Anything you want spicy - Mexican Food, Indian Food, Chinese Food, Thai, Vietnamese and so many others call for an element of heat. Pair with the White Peach Balsamic for a Spicy/Sweet treat. Pair with the Hickory Smoke and reduce for the smoky/spicy sauce. Pair with the Garlic Olive Oil and slow fry some potatoes for a spicy/garlicky french fry. Top with some Parmesan cheese...!! SPECIAL $25: PAIR ANY CO- MILLED OLIVE OIL WITH ANY AGED BALSAMIC Aged Balsamic Vinegars - $12 - 12yr Aged- 150ML These thick, balsamic vinegars are imported from Modena and then infused with California Fruit. No Caramel, No Sulfides, No Lead, No Added Sugars, Gluten Free, GMO Free. 18yr old Traditional Balsamic Vinegar The Godfather of them all. Classic, elegant, with slight sweetness and a faint note of sourness. Fig Balsamic You can see pieces of fig in your bottle. Marinate your pork or add to your cheese plate or salad. Hickory Smoke Balsamic A smoky delight. Add to your caprese salad, watermelon tofu, steak. Pomegranate Balsamic Great additional to salads, fish, quinoa and blood orange olive oil. Raspberry Balsamic A sweet, semi-tart treat. Great for summer salads, fruits, chicken, turkey. White Peach Balsamic An explosion of peach flavor. You don' t need much. Combine with other oils and balsamics for incredible flavor combinations.
