We have 3 components to our menu:
Our seafood menu which is mainly focused around our Crabcake Sandwich
Dinner Menu - Cheeseburgers, Steak Tacos, Nathan's Hot Dogs, French Fries, Sweet Potato Fries, Onion Rings Chips
Dessert Menu - Funnel Cakes, Deep Fried Oeros, Deep Fried Fruit Pies (Apple, Peach, Cherry, Blueberry)

I would like a menu that can be easily edited, printed, and changed based on where we are and what we are selling. Not everything is sold everywhere and we are tired of changing glass menu boards. It would be nice to have a well designed menu template that we can add and subtract from or have printed for our nightly locations. We run specials from time to time and it would be nice to be able to add those to the menu when they are offered, then display the finished menu on a TV for people to order from.
Colors should be easily displayed on a TV or printed and displayed on a board. Please keep colors to a minimum so that printing is not very expensive.
