A candidate on-boarding app (compatible with all smartphones and platforms IOS / Android) which can be made bespoke to each clients documentation requirements relating to PES checks/on-boarding. App is desired to fully utilise available current technology, namely; Docusign and AI (in the form of a walkthrough and pop up to explain to the applicants what each document is and how to complete). Poka Yoke will be built in as the app will ensure submission isn't allowed without all mandatory fields being completed. The App will allow the candidate to complete the forms and submit direct from the app to Adecco via automated email/EDI transfer.

When Adecco administration issue the link to download the app the administrator can set which profile the candidate will see to ensure they receive the correct forms for the correct client.

Information assistant in the form of a talking Adecco who provide audio on how to complete each form (also include text boxes for those hard of hearing or who are unable to complete with sound turned on)

Adecco user home page. Shows a dropdown menu containing the client profiles for the recruiter to select from. An input box to enter the candidate email address and button to send the link for the candidate to download the App. Very simple, very clear.
Home Screen; (which on opening the app for the first time contains a GDPR disclaimer that the candidate must tick for agreement in order to progress to through to completion of the forms). Their home screen will contain all of the forms the candidate needs to fill in. Each form has an icon (similar to kindle) and in the bottom right hand corner of each icon is a percentage completed status which changes to a green tick when the candidate has filled out everything they need to. To complete a form the candidate needs to click on the icon and the form will open (auto-converted to the correct format for the device), the information assistant will talk them through each form but also show them how to navigate the home screen. Also on the home screen is a Submit to Adecco button which cannot be activated unless all form icons have a green tick. Once forms are completed clicking this button will send the data to Adecco.
An example form that the candidate would need to complete which will show the walk through assistant and information text. Mandatory boxes to be shown in a different colour and a complete button contained at the end of the form which cannot be clicked unless all mandatory fields are filled in. The complete button also acts as the docusign for each form. For fields such as address allow built in auto-populate from the postcode. Minimise the free text which can be entered and where free text is allowed build into the app to recognise legitimate answers where possible (e.g., don't allow NA or . as a completed box).
