Colourful and fun, flat design business simulation game

Descripción de la aplicación
A business simulation 'game' for students as a teaching tool for teachers; and as a simple game for the public. Think of the game as a fancy spreadsheet where students have control of a number of factors of a virtual business (like a business budget), such as human resources (how many people to employ) or product price, to sell to a virtual target market and progress through levels or a goal set by a teacher, or set by the particular level. Just like the game SimCity and the budget screen in a way. In a school setting teacher can then see how well a student understands the material by judging why the student put in particular figures.
Flat design with punchy colours with a fair bit of contrast. The app is aimed at secondary school students so it still needs to look sophisticated and new, but fun. Use rounded edges when needed. I imagine that I would also have an easy to draw/manipulate human-like mascot/avatar, so that I could convey messages when needed, similar to TwoDots. You may have to utilize a lot of icons to convey different business principles. I have deliberately left that list out to let you play with your own ideas, but do make it easy to add icons/new rows/business concepts. A few examples to get you thinking: Advertising $, Employee Numbers, Product A sell price, Employee Wages, production resource purchase price, quality (which would be impacted by the last two) Colours I like: https://www.pinterest.com/pin/555702041502016408/ https://www.pinterest.com/pin/555702041502016469/ But you are not confined to these I do not have a logo or any preexisting assets, so you have free reign

Descripción de las pantallas
I envisage my app to be similar to Two Dots. Screen 1: In the overview/map screen, similar to the TwoDots maps or the Papa Pear map, it will display a map of levels as a journey and where the current player is and how well they've gone in previous levels. Every business starts off small and is a journey to become a big business. Probably best to somehow incorporate the mascots, but that's up to you. Screen 2: When playing a level: at the top is the current objective/goal for the level and what sort of conditions a business maybe subjected to in that round. I imagine a user would click this objective at the top to reveal more detail about the level (such as "there's going to be a downturn", or "you're receiving a lot of positive press" "please take note") In the center of the screen is where the student can play with their business's budget/numbers. I imagine when clicking on the title of name of the item, it would show how changing that number would affect the business (like product price: + means higher price which means more profit but less customers, - means lower prices less profit margin but more stock movement and more customers) And at the bottom is an estimated score of how well their business will preform after click a "run" button to simulate their business with the numbers they have put in. Screen 3: After a level has been "run/executed", the success of a level is determined by how close the virtual business got towards the goal, or by how much it overshot the goal. I will need to show some metrics, like "the number of employees hired was too high" or "you sold your products at a very cheap rate and didn't make as much". All of these vague metrics will be compressed into an arbitrary score that can be compared with other students for leaderboard sake.
Lo que debe evitarse
Nothing too busy as simplicity is key. There is a lot of information to convey, but most things that I've said will need to be communicated by icons alone or by a mascot if there needs to be a larger explanation - such as onboarding.
