At the highest level, the dashboard, they should be able to view all
important business information.
Goal: Provide a snapshot of business and staff performance. It
- New messages: this will appear on the dashboard, either at the top
or you can use your own design instinct; the user can click this and
view any new messages or send messages. We aren't expecting the full
message to be displayed here.
- Business metrics:
(a)daily production and collection (Production and Collection numbers
are usually tracked together so the user can see the variance between
what the practice is producing and what they are actually collecting.
For example, the practice might produce 9,000USD but only collect
7,500USD), then monthly production and collection over a period of 3,4
or 6 months (you can make a stylistic design on what looks best);
(b) patient information: total # new patients for the month, patients
seen that day, number of patients cancelled that day, etc.
- Staff performance: % of tasks completed for the day for up to 7
different staff members;
essentially these are mini-performance reviews. (they app allows
micro-managing without the feeling of micro-management);
We’d love for you to get creative with dashboard. We think the best
way to display this information is similar to either the Mint Mobile
app or the MyFitnessPal mobile app in that the user can scroll down
and view the information as a feed. But if you have a better idea,
we’d love to see it!
2.) Tasklist: This is how the owner would view a list of tasks that
have been submitted by a staff member.
They are displayed with date submitted, and date assigned. %
completed, % incomplete and % N/A
Usually each task has comments added to them by the staff. These
comments can be numerical, as in number of ReCalls completed or
“Completed by Closing staff"
Each task is displayed as being either High, Medium, or Low priority
The task list when viewed by the owner will have the option to:
approve, or send back with comments
I have attached a screenshot of the web-based app which we will be
redesigning as well. It gives you an idea of data we display and
collect and an overview of all features available.
The rest of the workflow we can get into during 1-to-1.
