Meditation-based social media app to help people reclaim balance

The app is a free meditation and relaxation app. It has two main features: 1. a central library of meditations that can be browsed by theme or searched by keyword 2. community-sourced channels that users can subscribe to (like Instagram reels, but focused exclusively on mental health)

Color palette should trend towards blues and greens - think natural mountain/forest/lake/beach imagery. We are licensing some ~10s videos of various natural scenery that will play in a loop during meditations, and will also use stock images of soothing natural scenes. I could see the main navigation looking a bit like Instagram, but with only nature photos. I'd like to avoid any iconography that's associated with a specific religion or spiritual philosophy. So no yantras, buddhas, etc. This may be out of scope but a cute meditating teacup avatar would be a perfect graphic to tie things together. In general, the "tea" motif should be leveraged to provide a distinctive design identity (distinct from generic meditation or wellness esthetic).

1. Splash Screen - create good first impression while app is loading in background 2. Main navigation screen with catalog of "official" meditations by topic. I can imagine this either flowing like an Instagram feed, or being organized more simply like e.g. Headspace or Calm apps 3. Community feed screen with provider profiles and content. This could draw inspiration from Snapchat's community content view, or from Instagram One note, since some people have asked: it's fine to deliver the final design as a Figma file.
