This app will be displayed on an Android tablet in a business. After conducting a transaction within the business, customers will be asked to fill out a customer satisfaction survey on the tablet. For the purposes of this design task, please brand the application for an Enterprise Rent-a-Car location (logo attached).

The app should look professional while being very simple and easy to use. Some of the users will be elderly and it should very easy to read and take action. The buttons should be optimized for touch screen selection. This design task uses Enterprise Rent-a-Car branding but the style of the application should not be tied to Enterprise. It should be easy to swap out branding for another business. I will leave the colors and typography to you but it should be informed by the above instructions.

Customer Survey Kiosk

Both screens should have Enterprise Rent-a-Car branding. The clickable/selectable elements should be large and touchscreen friendly. There should be forward and backward navigation on each screen. Screen One: This screen is for collecting customer reviews. It should contain the following fields: - star rating: the range should be 1/2 to 5 stars. The user can select half star ratings - comment: this is a multi-line text field - email address Screen Two: This screen asks the customer to rate their experience in several different categories. The header text is, "Please rate your experience with us in the following areas:". The categories are, "Courtesy of staff", "Simplicity and Ease", "Speed of service". The customer should have the ability to rate each of these categories on a five point scale ranging from 'poor' to 'excellent.'
