Redesigning an iOS app to have a clean and modern look with new features

We are looking to redesign an existing iOS app in the App Store. We would love to redesign this app to have a clean and modern look. We also have some additional features that we would like to incorporate into the overall UX flows as part of the new design: the ability to go look at the list of all past memos, and being able to export the memos to other third party apps. Also would love to change the app icon/logo as well either as part of this or as a separate job afterwards. The goal of this app is to help people minimize the friction to capture things when they pop into people's minds (eg. reminders, ideas) and have a reliable way to get back to them at the right time later.

Open to ideas but have a preference for something with a clean and modern look that feels pleasant to use. Some of our favorite apps in terms of design: Headspace, Ten Percent, Reflectly.

The user can navigate to the settings screen to configure other account details. Here are the screens that we would love to have design on: 1. The main screen of the app where the user can start recordings. Since this is the screen that the user will see the most, want to make sure this has a clean and delightful feel to it that makes it pleasant to open up the app. 2. (A new functionality that is not part of the existing app): From the main screen, the user should be able to navigate to a list of all of their past recordings which has the audio, text transcription inline, and other information available (eg. time, upload status, etc). 3. (A new functionality that is not part of the existing app): A new onboarding screen where user can set up to export the memo to other notes/to-do-list apps instead of just their email.
