1st, what are we looking for? the city background for an isometric game.
in terms of quality, a minimum would be:
using variable level of details, we are looking for a background/landscape.
complete dimensions: 5120x3840
specifically we are looking for a background to the city view.
we would like to follow along the lines of DomiNations background,
with a faked 3D aspect, as if the player is looking down on his kingdom.

elements of relative importance:
Rock wall at the back
blurred/closer mountain side at the left
waterfall at the right
river at the bottom, BUT no water should `touch` near the city limits.
Water is a resource in the game and therefore can't look like it is readily available to the city.
colors: 16 bits
**no red** orange/pink ok but red or overly bright green (system colors)
the city is a diamon-shape entity we `plug` in the center.
the edges will match this tile, which should integrate seemlessly.
