College Football - Cartoon Style Illustration - Brand Header

We will appeal to college football fans. 

(UPDATE 11/22: I am leaning toward not having a coach or coaches in this illustration.  Also leaning toward having "pay the players" being held by the fans, not layered on top of players as initially requested.  Thanks all of you!) --- A header w/ 2:1 ratio, will be used for website, facebook, twitter, etc. See the attached sketch. I would like the perspective is being on the football field sideline, among the players and coaches on sidelines behind them, and the stadium with fans behind them.  Please see the newly attached photo. If the camera were not so high above the players, this would be perfect composition.  Imagine the camera in this photo were shot at normal ground level and not from up high. "Pay the Players" will be layered on top in the midst of the football players, perhaps in the form of a banner. The more detail you give to the faces of the fans and players, the better. I'm thinking of a "classic" sports comic feel, but am open for any style of caricature. Adding more 11/20/2013: I am attaching a few example of character styles that I like.  I will probably lean toward a more "cartoon" type style, however if your specialty is a realistic caricature and you want to blow me away, send it on.   NOTE: The players and fans should be HAPPY as though they're already celebrating a victory. The winning illustrator will also be hired to make a logo based on the design/color, etc of the winning illustration.
