Design a Mural, Tell a Story

Our company sells copiers, printers, business phones, and managed IT services (essentially cyber security and IT support).

I need a design in PDF format that will be printed as a large mural sticker for my office. It will be stuck and placed on our wall similar to how a Fathead decal works. In this mural I would like to tell the story of how placing a customer service call works, with each letter essentially being one step of that process. Please read the creative brief I've attached as it has many important details. I know it's a lot of information so let me know if you have any questions!

In the attachments below, you will see a brief explaining what I need, as well as an initial mural sketch I created, pictures of the space the mural will hang in, an example of another mural currently in our office, and a close-up of the texture the mural will have when we print and hang it.
