We are a dental practice that does everything: cleanings, fillings, crowns, root canal, implants, orthodontics, invisalign, etc.

We are going to hand out a tear out coupon book to our patients that sign up for Invisalign. This coupons in this book should look like airline tickets. There will be about 5-8 coupons in a book so and each ticket will need it's own theme color (I've attached a photo of the main colors I'd like to use for the individual tickets) but together the colors should look cohesive. I understand that the colors of our logo may need to be changed to coordinate with the main colors. Each ticket will have a similar front that MUST feature our logo and the hashtag #SMILEHIGHCLUB, and possibly the flower mark from Invisalign. The back of each ticket will have different instructions on how to take a selfie with the ticket so it should have elements to make it look like a ticket with text boxes for me to write in instructions and details. Other design elements can be incorporated to the front or back as the designer sees fit. The Airline ticket will be 9" x 4" . As far as our logo and the Invisalign mark on the front, the colors can be changed to match the color of the ticket if need be. I'd also like to incorporate the script "d" part of our logo on the back side of the coupon/ticket as a possible watermark or passport stamp kind of mark. As far as style, we like a clean and simple design. Easy to read text. Nothing confusing. Invisalign is a very expensive dental treatment that enhances a person's smile and beauty so these tickets should reflect a style that is luxurious and sophisticated, but also fun and hip. ----------------------------- DESIGN REQUIREMENTS FOR THE BACKSIDE The back should resemble a ticket more in terms of design. The main portion of the back should have room for me to write instructions on how to take the selfie. There should also be icons and links for our social media accounts, specifically -facebook.com/deefordentist -instagram @deefordentist -twitter @deefordentist -snapchat @deefordentist You can also possibly put numbers on the back from 1-6 so we know the order of the cards in the book. As far as the tear off portion, it should tear off and resemble a standalone business card or coupon. Since it will tear off, the text should be turned sideways. On this side the required elements are our website: www.deefordentist.com email: firstname.lastname@example.org telephone: 702-586-7800 If there is room, the tear off portion can possibly feature a QR code that can take you to our website. It can also possibly have text for us to offer some kind of coupon or promotion.
These tickets will be used as part of a social media contest. People will tear out the tickets from the book and take a selfie with the front of the ticket while following the instructions on the back. I uploaded some pics of me holding up an example ticket so you can see how we intend to use the tickets as part of our selfie contest. Each ticket they tear out of the book will have a different set of instructions the back side on how to take a selfie which is why they need to be different colors, (ex. selfie with a friend, selfie in a bathroom, selfie outdoors, etc.). They will then have to pose with the front of the ticket in the selfie so the hashtag and logo are visible in all the photos.
