Leadership Development. Give elementary age (ages 8-12) students a time management tool to help them lead their lives- both in school and outside of school.

I need to two-page MONTHLY layout of a time management tool. I will also need a two-page WEEKLY layout of a time management tool- a student planner. Each page will be 8 1/2 X11 plus the bleed. First the weekly pages. The two-page layout together is called a "Weekly Attitude Indicator" and this title has to be on the layout. I've attached a rough sketch of what I want. On the top area, roughly three inches down from the top of the page of both pages labeled (TO BE), is where I need to see some creativity and color. Students ages 8-12 will be using this and they want color. On the areas where I have blue boxes it needs to be white since this is where they are going to be writing. I haven't included it on the attachment but these areas need to be lined. The borders need your creativity. It just can't be a straight line. On the main section, roughly the bottom eight inches of both pages is where the students will be doing the bulk of their writing. These areas also need to be lined. I didn't show it on the attachment, but the areas need to be labeled on the far left side of both pages with the subjects LANGUAGE ARTS, MATH, SCIENCE, and SOCIAL STUDIES. In between the two-pages is where the spiral binding will go so there needs to be a half inch area on both pages in the middle where there can be no text. On the outside 3/16 also has to be to text. This is two-page weekly layout that is intended to be a planner for the school year so I will need page numbers on the bottom left area of the left page and the bottom right area of the right page. On the top right area of the right page where it says parent teacher comment I need a picture of an attitude indicator (this is a gauge in the instrument panel of an airplane). It probably needs to be faint enough because parents and teachers need to write in that area. For some context an attitude indicator tells a pilot if the plane is going up or down and whether it's going to the left, right, or going straight. Similarly this planner will tell students if their lives are going up, down, left, right, or straight. Maybe an idea would be to create a feeling of depth and flying with clouds, sky and so on. I would leave it to you to be creative in giving as much color so the kids will enjoy the planner balanced with white space for the kids to write. On the two page monthly I have attached a layout of a competitor's project as a point of reference. This will be an undated monthly calendar so there needs to a place for the kids to write in the month as well as the numbers for the dates. I need the days of the week starting from Sunday and ending on Saturday On the left side of the left page there needs to be a place for the kids to put notes and then on the top left of the left page a place for me to write the message for the month. Since each month will have a different message I am asking you to simply put a section where I can then add the text later on. The key here is to make sure that the look and on the two-page weekly matches the two-page monthly. On the bottom left hand page as well as the bottom right hand page I will need page numbers that I can change later on. Just like the weekly layout I need both color so the kids will like the planner and white space for them to write.
