Design A Cover, Spine, Back for "LOUDER! Master Your Voice & Present Your Greatness"

Hello all:

I'm a 28-year-old Professor of Communication Studies and public speaking coach. My life goal is to create a world where no one is afraid to ask for help, share their genuine emotions, or speak up for those in need. Therefore, I am on a mission to tackle humanity's greatest fear: public speaking.

I written self-book titled, "LOUDER!: Master Your Voice And Present Your Greatness."

My target audience is my 18-25 students and friends that are around my age. My hope for my book is to help my students, friends, and other readers to embark on the journey to master public speaking to gain lifelong communication confidence.

I need help designing a modern, maybe even modern-retro, self-help book cover, spine, and back that has a total of 166 pages. I'm a simple guy; I love black and white w/ splashes of color to accent key ideas, images, etc. I would like my book to be a reflection of myself.

Cover Design Idea:
*Please view the attached file titled "LOUDER! Design #2" get a better idea of what I would like.

1) The background is black.
2) Text is White
3) There will a black and white, old-school megaphone peering out from the side of the book.
4) The "message" coming out of the megaphone will be "LOUDER!"
- The size of each letter will progressively get larger. "L" will be the smallest size and slowly increasing in size with each letter. "!" will be the largest size. This concept is to symbolize the "message" getting louder.
5) Each letter will have its own individual background color. Similar to the idea of the "message" getting louder, I want the colors to get "louder". Since "L" is the smallest sized letter, it will have a darker colored background. Therefore, "!" will have a bright, vibrant colored background.

Spine:
1) I want a part of the megaphone on the spine. Please view the attached file titled "LOUDER! Design #2".

Back Design:
To be honest, I'm not sure what I want here. I would love your professional opinion! Please feel free to allow your creativity to run wild!

I would like my design to inspired by a line from my book:

“Your words can add color to people’s lives.”

Here’s a section from my book to provide you some more context:

"Communication is the greatest power we possess to accomplish our goals.

Throughout history, we have been inspired by leaders who can paint dreams with their words. Leaders are artists who evoke powerful emotions by using language as their paintbrush. The colors they choose are their words. The canvas on which they paint is made of up of their life stories.

Leaders convey to their audience a vision of a better world so that the audience can be a part of painting a masterpiece. Great leaders have mastered the art of public speaking. There are great leaders within many of us, just waiting to be nurtured. Yet many still struggle to find their voice. Throughout my life, I have had the pleasure of working alongside outstanding leaders who used their words to paint a better world, and there is one who stands out above the rest."
