I'm looking to have my manuscript turned into a visual, engaging ebook PDF for download. There are 10 short chapters, plus a table of contents, introduction, etc. The Google Doc length is 30 pages and is already broken into sections.
I'd like this to be clean, fresh, and inviting. It should appeal to readers between the ages 18-55 of both genders and have a generally positive vibe to it, without being cheesy or juvenile.
I like the basic layout/feel of the examples I uploaded to the "references" section, though obviously you will need to improve upon them or suggest something entirely different as I don't want to infringe on any copyrights. The color in those examples won't work for my market, so feel free to play with that.
I especially like how, in the examples, they have some pages that have a full-page image with a quote on it, or fill the top or bottom half of a page with an image, and put text on the other half. (All of this used sparingly, of course).
I'd like to have [relevant] photography throughout (preferably pulled from unsplash.com or pexels.com so it's free for me to use).
I also welcome pull-quotes, sidebars, etc. to make the content more engaging. Feel free to pull or emphasize quotes or points that stand out to you as particularly powerful.
Orientation can be portrait or landscape—whichever you prefer.
Please keep the hyperlinks from the manuscript.
