I am really open to zany ideas that would jostle this audience and make them remember my company, so please feel free to deviate from the copy below (in quotes). The audience is people who regularly interview people and conduct focus groups for purposes of doing market research. They have the interviews and focus groups transcribed so that they can easily take notes and write a report for their clients, who are corporations, brands, political groups, and advertisers.
The biggest frustration for these market researchers with transcription companies is receiving inaccurate transcripts, filled with wrong words, bad punctuation and "[unintelligible]"s where there should be words. My company relieves this frustration, which is what I want to communicate.
A successful ad will visually communicate either/both 1) the pain of wading through sub-standard transcripts and/or 2) the ease of working with crisp transcripts of what their interviewees/focus group attendees said.
Adjectives: minimal, emotional, sparse, attention-getting.
Headline: "IDI and focus group transcripts, minus the headache." -- IDI stands for in-depth interview
Blurb below that: "You didn't sign up to be a proofreader. We do our job, so you can do yours."
Let's have the logo (attached) front and center, whether at the top or middle of the ad, centered. The ad should use a similar font to the logo's font, which is Univers 55 Roman / Univers 75 Black.
Additionally, the colors should match the yet-to-be-launched new website design (attached).
