Create a loose leaf brochure for Our Town Apps licensing aimed at opportunity seekers

We develop community focused mobile apps for towns and communities in Australia and beyond. Our target audience here is Opportunity Seekers who will license a town app for their community to run as a business with our back up and support.

We would like a professional looking brochure, we have all the text, some images and some graphics, some of the graphics need to be changed as at present they are all different formats and we need them to all look the same style. The two excel style images should be changed so they don't look like direct excel prints and more inline with other graphics. I have included these two files as .txt files if it helps. At this point, the layout should be single pages with page 1 on front, page 2 on back, then page 3 with page 4 on the back etc. Use as many pages as needed which we can then put in a binder of some description. Ideally we would like to be able to change small portions of the text at times to suit different targets - if this is not possible, we would be happy to pay the winner a bit extra to produce these different versions - all the layout will remain the same with the exception of some small changes to text. At present, the document is a bit wordy so we need some more graphics, bullet points, tick boxes etc. to make it look more interesting. Our main logo colour is Green but we also like greys. We want to convey that it is a lifestyle business opportunity with great support and backup. If it's possible, we'd also like the brochure as a powerpoint so we could email it out as well.

The images of the hands holding iphones are just symbolic, if you incorporate them, they must relate to us in some way - an idea could be in the sales projections to have the phone with one of the advert images I've attached, showing on the phone screen. You don't have to use all of our images, if you have ones which convey the idea better.
