We are looking to update our custom in-article advertisement called a blue box. This is a recurring advertising slot on our site, and we would like a subtle, yet aesthetically-pleasing design to streamline and standardize these ads.
-Headline at top
-Body of text
-Call to action at bottom
-The word "Sponsored"
-We would like it to blend almost seamlessly with the rest of the article
-Less color is probably better, although small accents of color could work well
-We would like the edge of the box to line up with the edges of the text in the article
-The word "Sponsored" light and muted
-Wide and short style (as opposed to taller and thinner)
-A good size for a photo could be a maximum of 300x175 pixels.
-A good character count could be around 290 characters
(IMPORTANT: Use your creative judgment when it comes to picture size and character count-just let us know the specs at the end so we can pass them on to advertisers.)
-The screenshot of the website is to give you an idea of how the blue box fits into the article and relates to the rest of the page
-The bluebox with the image of a computer monitor is an example of specs we like (image size, amount of text, paragraph format)
-The bluebox with the pie chart is an example of specs we don't like (tall, bullet points)
