When You Move is a marketing website, and property transaction portal (web and apps). It connects all of the people involved in a transaction (Client, Estate Agent, Mortgage Broker, Solicitor) together in one interface so they can track the process and share the relevant data.
With this piece of work we are targeting clients (home buyers, sellers and remortgagers) who don't necessarily have much experience of real estate, and for whom this property transaction is just another part of their day (rather than being the sole focus or their profession)

We are looking for a template layout and structure that can be used when we build the forms and checklists that we share with our clients. Clients are home buyers, sellers and remortgagers who don't necessarily have much knowledge about the property industry.
We want you to use our brand look and feel (from our marketing site, branding guidelines and our upcoming redesign) but combine it with your creativity to bring enjoyment to a potentially quite dry subject matter (for example, to do lists for preparing for a home move).
Some of these lists are very long and split into different sections (e.g. tasks to do 2 months before moving day; tasks to do 1 month before moving day; tasks to do 2 weeks before moving day etc). So, you need to show a list/form with multiple separate sections - see attachment for initial design exploration I've done.
We want people to be able to interact with these lists as they complete items.
These checklists can have different types of content (see attachment for example of content that would be in a checklist):

- single column checklists
