Design a creative resume for senior management position in the digital/media industry

I need a covering letter, a short profile and a resume

Having worked for almost 20 years in publishing, 9 years of which at MD level, I'm in the process of applying for senior positions at companies in the more casual arena of agile/startup/new work companies within the digital/media industry. Therefore my application package should radiate far more creativity, openness, innovative capacity than my existing package does, whilst still being in line with the senior business level that I'm aiming at (i.e. I'm not a generation-Y hipster :-)).
Attached you'll find my existing documents (covering letter, profile, CV, photo) that I now feel are too conservative (I'm waiting for a new, more casual photo which I'll upload in due course.)
I've also attached a creative CV sample that comes very close to what I've got in mind so should give you a good idea.
