About CA Horizons:
Central America Horizons, S.A. is a management consulting and advisory firm assisting retail and commercial clients to buy real estate and engage in business activities in the Caribbean and Central America.
CA Horizons assists retail clients to buy off-shore real estate for retirement, vacation and investment purposes, in the Caribbean, Central American and France, in locations such as Bermuda, the Cayman Islands, Costa Rica, the Dominican Republic, Panama and St. Tropez (France). [ This is the primary purpose of the ad ].
CA Horizons also provides corporate development, debt management and business consulting and support services to international corporate clients, including financial institutions, that have a Caribbean and Central American focus; and to companies residing and operating in the Caribbean and Central America. (Note: these service lines shall not be presented in the advertisement; however one simple text reference that we do ‘commercial/corporate’ consulting is desired).
The ad should be designed to attract international retail customers who want to purchase off-shore real estate for vacation, retirement or investment purposes in the Caribbean and Latin America. We have particular jurisdictions in which we specialize including: Bermuda, the Cayman Islands, Costa Rica, the Dominican Republic, Panama, and St. Tropez (France). These locations may be mentioned in the ad either directly using text or indirectly via images/pictures. Alternatively, the Caribbean, Central America, and the French Riviera could be referenced, directly or indirectly.
We are a consulting firm, not a real estate agency or brokerage. The design and image of the ad should represent that of a leading law firm or accounting; not a real estate brokerage or agent. This is imperative.
We welcome your creativity; both in terms of ad design as well as words and slogans used in the ad.
Ad Contest Schedule:
The qualifying round will end at 12 noon EST on December 24th. Finalists will be selected.
The contest will end at 12 noon EST on December 29th. Electronic files must be received on December 29th.
The electronic files must include both the required formats by American Way Nexos as well as the original layered working files and images. If you are using software other than Adobe Photoshop or Illustrator, please advise us.
You may use stock images provided that the rights of usage include use for print and website. Please ensure that we are provided with all copyright, usage restrictions and cost details for consideration early in the design process.
We value simplicity and clarity in the ad, both in image and text.
The ad should convey the following:
• Our consultants are of the highest caliber.
• Trust and confidence.
• We listen to clients and satisfy their needs.
• We achieve results.
• Clients receive the right real estate for their short and/or long term goals.
• The ad should clearly focus on the “benefits” enjoyed by clients.
