Thank you for participating in our contest for a 1-page magazine advert in the Real Estate Capital publication, which has a short but strict timeframe. This advert is linked to us winning Debt Advisor of the Year (UK & Ireland) for 2018, but we intend to use the advert more generally for subsequent advertising campaigns.
We have a very specific set of boundaries that we have been given and an absolute timeframe, so any work must abide by the rules set and be delivered by 21st February 2019.
1. We are on a very tight schedule, so all designs must be ready to print by 21st February
2. Magazine advertising specifications (which has been attached), it is a condition of this contest that the specifications are met.
We want our logo , name “Brookland” and website “www.brookland.com” to be displayed in the ad as well as The REC awards logo (which is attached) and our 10th anniversary logo (to follow)
We want the following phrases or a similar substitute to be displayed:
“Debt Advisor of the Year in the UK & Ireland 2018” or “We are honoured to be recognised by our clients and Real Estate Capital as Debt Advisor of the Year in the UK & Ireland”
We need a statement setting out what we do along the lines of:
Europe’s leading specialist real estate investment banking firm providing solutions across a range of services including arranging debt (loans and capital markets), restructuring, sales and investment advisory, equity raising and general debt advisory – executed transactions with an aggregate value in excess of €30 billion
There should also be the following footnote:
Brookland Partners LLP is authorised and regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority.

We want the ad to be either 1) cool and something funky and stand-out, whilst remaining professional or 2) cool but more institutional theme with a property panorama/skyline giving the impression of a truly high quality and market leading firm.
We would welcome designers to submit variations of their design with different backgrounds so we can decide which we like the most!
We are considering inserting client testimonials into the advert e.g. “We have come across no one else in the market that consistently delivers solutions for us the way they do”, but this has not yet been finalised and may change. We will know in the next 48 hours.
