It's worth noting that most of our clients are plastic surgeons, medical spas, and other doctors that offer elective procedures like Opthamologists, Dermatologists, etc... So, keep this in mind when selecting stock photos. i.e. A doctor with a stethoscope is not the best representation of our actual client, though we understand it is hard to find stock photos of doctors without them, so it's still okay to use them.
We are open to different and creative ways of visually representing the software’s features. We also want the design to show a sales funnel, as this is a BIG part of our software and helps convey to doctors that we help them with sales, marketing, lead nurturing, etc... Ultimately growing their revenue. (See PDF for funnel design ideas)
While researching design ideas, I also came across http://www.clickfunnels.com and liked the way many of their graphics presented the features their tool offers (see attached PDF) However, we do NOT want to use cartoon people/avatars in the design. Vector images of devices like a computer are fine and stock photos of actual doctors, but since the trade shows we attend are at a very professional level with physicians, we want to steer clear of the "cartoony" look.
Since this is a trade show booth, people won’t be stopping to read a bunch of text, so it’s important that the design’s visuals immediately give passersby a good comprehension of what our software does.
We do want a clean, modern look for the design. But you can include abstract images like the one in the attached photo of the sample booth. The entire booth is backlit, so anything that makes it vibrant and eye-catching is encouraged.
