My wife Kristi and I have been fixing and selling Real Estate for over 10 years now and have grown our Real Estate Investing biz (http://www.krwebsite.com) by working our tails off and providing our customers with hight ethics and awesome customer service!

We have been asked time and time again to provide a coaching and products biz, and now I'm ready to launch it with our Real World Blog site. I need your help developing a KICK ASS Banner and Theme!

I communicate well, and I'm a blast to work with, and I'm very big into giving out referals, and have many more projects to come for the right person who "gets it" and has some skills!

Other fellow real estate investors who ARE SICK AND TIRED OF ALL THE GURU's who make it sound sooo easy to invest in Real Estate, and are more concerned wit SELLING then book full of outdated material, and instead are looking for a down to earth, real world husband and wife team that has been there done that, and knows how to get deals done,even in this horrible real estate market.
