Kuppong
We are bringing group buying to the Nordics. Think Groupon, but in Norwegian. Our name is Kuppong... the word "Kupp" means a great deal (lit. a coup) and "kupong" means coupon. We think it's clever.
We need a great design to help explain our business to new customers.
We are targeting consumers, including students, parents, singles, seniors. Everyone.
Our target audience is probably not computer savvy, so we need a clean design.
We need a graphic to explain our business model. The graphic should have a lighthearted feel to it. Cartoon-like graphics are good, but not required. Our logo (attached below) has cutesy coupon-like characters and simple colors. It's best to work with these as inspiration.
Our business model is just like Groupon's. Below are the simple steps that explain how we work. Please research Groupon's business model and feel free to make changes if needed. (Note: Write everything in English... we'll translate it later.)
Step 1: We negotiate a great deal with Norway's best businesses
Step 2: Each day, we send you one deal by e-mail, but there's a catch...
Step 3: The deal is only active if enough people buy, so share it with your friends
Step 4: Enjoy your deal ("coup") and wait for tomorrow's deal
The graphic should end with a box to submit your e-mail address and include your four-digit postal code.
This will be the main focus of our front page. There should be subtle links at the top of the page to:
- See example deals
- See today's deals
- Log in to manage your account
Please ask if you have any questions!
