Keep It Together
I am a 74-year-old retired business manager for medical practices. Having just experienced a couple years of serious illness, I found how valuable my lifelong practice of maintaining my own set of medical records has been. I decided to produce a portfolio that would help people to take charge of their own health by managing their own set of medical records.
My first target audience is senior citizens, especially those who are experiencing health problems. Most seniors today are not really "computer savvy," and are more comfortable with manual records rather than computerized ones. They recognize that computer records are hacked into every day by the hundreds of thousands.
My new business helps people to manage a personal record of their medical history. I need a photo or drawing to help me attract customers and explain my business. I envision a photo or original drawing of an older couple. (You may have a better idea.) The man is sitting up in bed holding his chest, in obvious pain. The woman has a worried expression and is on the telephone, obviously calling 911 for assistance. Above it, it reads: It's 4 a.m. (Perhaps below--)Do you know where your medical records are? (There might be a clock in the background that shows 4 a.m.) Below, it says "If you have a KIT from Keep It Together, you know where all your medical records are. You know they are secure and accurate." I will need a place to add a photo or drawing of the portfolio that we sell that includes forms for keeping one's medical records together. I need spaces for website, 800 telephone number, etc. This piece may be used on a brochure or various ads or on the website. Some of the wording can be changed if you have a better idea. If you have a better idea for the picture, that might work. EMTs, for example, carrying the man out the door, might work. Because the target is seniors, the font must be large and plain for easy reading. Feel free to change words or move them around. If you use a photograph, I will need releases from the models.
