Graphic for Website Dynamic Slider

We are a site that provides medical practice management resources and information for physicians and administrators. We are about to launch a website redesign of our wordpress-based site and we will have a "slider" on the homepage which needs several 590x250 graphics

Physicians and medical practice administrators as well as consultants in healthcare information technology. Although the content is serious we like to have a slightly informal and humorous approach but not too comical or corny

This graphic is entitled "Featured Article". It needs to be 590 wide by 250 tall, high-resolution. It should have the phrase Featured Article prominently either behind a graphic that is relevant to that phrase or there could also be a graphic image background with the phrase Featured Article in front of the picture. The slider will be alternating several similar categories with each one visible for about 3 or 4 seconds so it should be (1) easily visible (2) obvious to the viewer that we are promoting a featured article. I have attached an example of a stock image that fits this description but it does not have to look exactly like this. we would even encourage an original idea. But it gives you an idea of what we are looking for.
