Help LandscapeLeadership.com with a new design

LandscapeLeadership.com

I'm a writer, speaker, and social media consultant in the landscape industry. LandscapeLeadership.com is my membership site--I call it my "Social Media Club". Members pay me a monthly fee to be a part of the club and receive weekly articles and other benefits.

I need a new masthead for my website to replace the current at http://www.landscapeleadership.com

Requirements:
- should be 872x170
- must coordinate with existing colors on my site (the bright green color mostly)
- must incorporate a photo of me (I've uploaded 3 images in a zip folder) I've also uploaded the current image of me that is used in my masthead. This one can also be used but the circular graphic needs to be removed.
- One thing I like about the current masthead is how it is not just a big block. I like how it is faded along the edges and blends into the background. I want this same effect in the new masthead.
- Feel free to change the "LandscapeLeadership.com" typeface
- Here's the wording I want in the masthead: "Chris Heiler's Exclusive LandscapeLeadership.com Social Media Club" Obviously the typeface, font size, colors, etc shouldn't all be the same. there should be some emphasis on LandscapeLeadership.com.
