The Regency Banquet and Conference Center

Large catering facility offering exquisite food, gorgeous event space and full service event planning for clients looking to host an event. Family owned property – located inside a hotel (hotel brand is international/national).

Clients seeking event space for weddings, bar/bat mitzvahs, sweet 16’s, anniversaries, baby/bridal showers and corporate dinners/meetings/events.

The file will be used to print on a retractable banner (33.45" w X 79.5" h Retractable Banner with padded carrying case, snap-lock top rail, and two swivel out feet). Pdf file will be needed with a request for the eps as well.

The banner should highlight the main ballroom photo (image 001 or 002). Simple copy should talk about hosting an event. Copy can be written at later date or used from other advertisements as shown attached.

The overall color tones should stay in the same family of maroon, gold, ivory, brown etc.

At this time we are unsure if we want the banner to feature the hotel photo and room photos we are open to seeing your design and layout ideas to see if we should include them.

The audience at these shows will be brides; bar/bat mitzvah clients and also corporate.
