Simple Book Cover Design Needed

Prodigal Government

I'll be putting a book called "Prodigal Government" on Amazon.com in July. I'm a free-market activist working closely with the Ron Paul style tea party movement and I study political movements in my every day life.

Ron Paul type, libertarian tea party activists and free-market advocates.

This is NOT a need for a full scale book cover design. This is essentially a call for the "concept" that will be used as an icon on the presale website. If you're a good artist to work with during this contest, perhaps we can discuss future possibilities of the full book cover design (more detailed files, dimensions, bar code area, etc).

Right now I just need a PNG that can be properly re-sized to 348 wide by 467 high. I'm attaching a sample of the scale and scope I'm looking for with this image.

Please the attachment as a fairly precise angle and dimension of the image I want to use.

The title is: THE PRODIGAL GOVERNMENT
Sub-title is: And the PATRIOT MOVEMENT that stands in its way

I'm very much open to creative freedom on this. I love mellow "Obama Blue" style design and would prefer go that direction as far as color schemes are concerned.

I would also like to see a blended rally crowd or something similar included in the design.

At either the very top or very bottom of the design it should have a place for the "By Author Name"
