We have several different programs within our organization that relate
together, however, the relationship is a little bit unclear to our
associates. So, we would like to create some sort of graphic, image,
or other material that shows the relationship between our programs in
an easy to understand way that follows the design principles of our
In words - Delivering Power explains our "Culture" as an organization
- it is everything we expect associates and supervisors to do and be
as associates at our company. It is the base of all programs.
AAM360 is our Employee Value proposition. It explains the benefits,
wellness, and associate development programs we have as a company. It
is what you get in return for Delivering Power.
Level UP (which is within AAM360) is our employee development
programs. It features the career highway which are the questions
associates and supervisors should be asking themselves throughout
their career in order to manage their development (Know Expectations,
Know Yourself, Develop Yourself, Achieve Expectations). We have a
portal that features resources to help associates do each of those
The competency framework (Core, Results, Vision, etc.) are the
knowledge, skills, and abilities we assess our talent on. These
competencies are what we use in order to do our Talent Management
programs such as Leadership Development, Selection, etc.
