We need a diagram to represent our business development/capture model (Comprehend, Acquire, Implement, Renew (C.A.I.R.)) (i.e., the model we use to help health and human service organizations understand business opportunities (Comprehend), acquire new contracts (Acquire), implement contracts (Implement) and postion to renew existing contracts (Renew).
The CAIR graphic concept shows an idea we have but is NOT what we want it look like. We want something more sophisticated, simple, implying movement. We want it to go with our logo (attached in eps and png formats) but don't want it to look like our logo - compete with it. You can see from the logo and letterhead that our colors are blue, green with some gray in background. We are thinking that we can use versions of blue/green that go with our logo, but don't want it to be all that color. We want the funding organization and the Inter-Growth (see middle of circle in the CAIR graphic concept) SHOULD NOT be featured this predominately and instead by integrated into the diagram in a more subtle way. We should get across the point this is cyclical. It should convey movement. The community engagement in the middle helps tie comprehend, acquire, implement and renew together, as does relationships with funder organizations. Inter-Growth, our company is there to support the entire endeavor. I have attached our letterhead so you can see our logo and brand conveys movement of a cyclical nature as well. We will have another diagram created for other service offerings after this one, so we are going to need this to work well with both the logo and future graphics for other services. I also attached a written overview of the company (draft copy) and a written overview of business development and CAIR - please DO NOT use the linear diagram you see in the Microsoft Word document; we do not want a linear diagram. Thank you for your help!!!!
