The Best Team Wins is a book by Adam Robinson, CEO of Hireology. The Best Team Wins includes a website, blog, podcast, and other media to help business owners build their best possible teams. Our perfect audience member would be: between 28 and 45, they own a professional service business that has around 8 employees and over the next three years they could triple that number. This is their first business, it’s been open for almost 3 years. They have a family, live in Cleveland (or somewhere like that), went to OSU (or somewhere like that), and is a member of their EO chapter, and reads Inc Magazine. They are involved in the community and think of themselves as a leaders, and are involved in their business associations. Leading a fulfilling life is important to them. They believe that entrepreneurship gives them the greatest path to the life they want: work/life balance, schedule and financial freedom, and the ability to do the things they want. They hate admin work, losing, detailed planning, and feeling like their time is being wasted. They have a short attention span and struggle with prioritization, moving things forward, and building a predictable sales operation. They would love to have a better work life balance. They sometimes have issues with their business partner and struggle with hiring. They are great at implementing solutions that are prescribed and are looking for a process and a tool that they can plug into and use. We’re giving them actionable and relevant content and tools that help them succeed as a business owner.

We have a set of tools that Adam created many years ago that we would like to rebrand as The Best Team Wins. We'd like to give away these tools as a companion to the book. The content of the files will not change, but the overall look and feel will. We need every thing that has "Ionix" on it to be rebranded with "The Best Team Wins". We want it to be classic, timeless, modern, and easy to use and to follow the brand guidelines of the book.

I've attached all of the files that need to be rebranded as The Best Team Wins as a zip file titled Ionix. I need every file to be editable (so, .PSD or .Ai would be good).
