A clean crisp screen designs and flow to help customers navigate their way through our payment Kiosk system in a natural and intuitive way. We aren't just after a standard Android/iOS application look'n'feel - we want this wow our customers.
There are 7 screens. The existing screenshots have been uploaded so you can visualise what is already in place
SCREEN 1) WELCOME SCREEN : A call to action - "What would you like to do?" This is where a customer might choose to select Wash or Dry. This should call the customer over to the Kiosk.. then when they are in front and tap to start it should seamlessly guide them through the process to make a payment to a Washer or Dryer (but also they could optionally choose to start a massage chair, etc
SCREEN 2) SELECT MACHINE SCREEN : The customer needs to select the Washing/Dryers (the machines) they would like to start. They can start up to 4 machines at once... or anywhere in between.
SCREEN 3) SELECT AMOUNT SCREEN : When the customer selects the machine, they should be prompted to specify how much they would like to pay. They can increase or decrease the default amount for each machine
SCREEN 4) SUMMARY SCREEN: When the customer has finished selecting all the machines, they then go to a Summary screen which lists all the amounts they have set for each machine. From here they hit a PAY button.
SCREEN 5) LOAD YOUR CLOTHES SCREEN: A screen reminding the customer to load their clothes before they actually make the payment (which they do on the next screen by tapping their visa/master card on the card reader)
SCREEN 6) MAKE YOUR PAYMENT: The customer to tap on the card reader to make a payment
SCREEN 7 - CONFIRMATION SCREEN: Confirmation screen confirming the payment has gone through and that the machines they chose have been credit
