Captivating Podcast Cover Art

54Lights podcast is a bi-weekly show meant to shed light on inspiring, and sometimes under told, stories from the 54 countries on the African continent. The goal is to introduce audiences to memorable people SO THAT listeners feel (even more) committed to and invested in hearing more of the African experience. The show is motivated by a mission to elevate and celebrate the continent bold and meaningful conversations. This upcoming season will be our most profoundly powerful one where we will be interviewing one guest from each country across the continent.

I want a refreshed podcast logo, podcast cover, and a cover template for each episodes. Logo - Please see the 54lights.com website to see the logo. It is 54 (with the African continent in the gap of the 4) and the word lights underneath. I like the font and thickness but am not 100% sure about the Africa stampout in the 4. If this remains as is, I am ok as my main focus is an upgrade to the podcast cover Podcast Cover - the current cover (see below) is a 3sided black frame with the logo on a bright pink background. I really like the striking pink and want it to remain a big part of the cover. Outside of this, the cover has a mic and the words "committed to culture". My main question here is whether or not the podcast mic should be there...it seems redundant and perhaps unnecessary but I am open to it remaining. I like how bold the pink is and want it to remain a central and strong presence in the logo. I wonder if my name...in cursive writing should be part of this - perhaps in place of "committed to culture". Note that the cover also needs the "b" as I am part of a network. I need one cover with the "b" and one without. b logo is attached and should be in all white or all black depending on ideas provided Social Media Template for each episode - I will launch 54 - 58 episodes. While the podcast cover remains static, each episode will have it's own cover. My original thought (below) was to have a map of the continent with a country high-lighted. I am now thinking I could have the country + the guest as part of that. I would love a clean look but realize that my current style does not include the logo...so it is lacking brand repetition. I am looking for a style template in this respect.
