Podcast Title: "Why We Do It & How To Live Your True Life" Host: Krista Joy Olsen, MD Tagline: Brain-Based Strategies for Sustainable Change. Podcast Description: Brain-based strategies for sustainable change. As female MDs, we are steeped in a culture of emotional avoidance. We even take pride in it! So it's no surprise that we develop unhealthy relationships with things like food and alcohol. Our mission is to show you exactly what's going on in your brain that is holding you back, so you can break old habits, create healthier habits, and rewire your brain for sustainable change!

We are looking for a clean and simple, easy-to-read podcast artwork design. The title of the podcast is "Why We Do It & How To Live Your True Life" - because the podcast aims to get right at the root cause of WHY we do the things we do. We'd like the first part of the title - "Why We Do It" - to be larger and easier to read and then the rest of the title - "& How To Live Your True Life" - below it in a smaller font. That way we get the full title but the most important part is easy to read even at small sizes. That's VERY important:) We have a variety of different photos of the host, Krista Joy Olsen in the folder attached. We also have 2 colors of the TrueLifeMD logo, most likely the white version will look best but I've included the blue logo as well. That way the podcast connects to her existing brand and website: https://www.truelifemd.com/. For the show logo, keep it clean and simple. NO script text, NO block or slab text, NO handwritten or funky fonts. Krista actually likes timeless, classic fonts like Times New Roman.
