We're a running podcast for everyone. We like to share stories, mostly running stories, the good ones, the funny ones and the shittiest ones. On The Runs is a play of words for getting the "Runs" while running as a lot of runners tend to have some GI issues at times. One of our hashtags is #codebrown to get an idea. There are two of us host on the podcast (Eric and Erika) and we try to mix it up on each episode bringing on a guest, talking recent pop culture events, Fan girl or dude crush over our favorite people and of course running.

Something simple and modern. I would really like the words "On The Runs" to stand out and maybe be bold, easy to ready. A design of us running is optional but not necessary. FYI if you draw us running, Erika like to run in a sparkly running skirt and is always matching her outfits.
