This campaign will be direct mail large format postcard (jumbo size, either vertical or horizontal orientation fine). 6 x 11". See uploaded spec sheet below. We are sending it to 5000 households within defined geo area who own the home they are living in. The aim is to create listing leads. Home values from $150K to 800K+

Large format postcard, print ready for direct mail (so must be properly formatted for USA mail) We are a real estate sales team comprised of 2 members: CR Pratt and Russell Chamberlain. We are two of the top-selling agents in all of Southeast Ohio. And our company, The Athens Real Estate Co, is the top-selling brokerage / agency in our area. This campaign will target specifically potential home sellers in Athens City and Athens County, Ohio. We are looking for a clean modern eye-catching graphic. Message along these lines: "If you or someone you know is thinking about selling a home, the TIME to LIST is NOW." Obviously you don't have to use caps--this is not an f-ing Trump tweet. In fact, no designs that even have the faintest smell of MAGA influence will be considered. Unfortunately our "company colors" are red and orange, so can't take the red out. Logo attached. Do your best! But I digress. If you can supply better copy, do so. The aim of the card is to get a potential seller of a home (or a neighbor or a friend or a family member) to call our sales team. No reason to call anyone else b/c we have the breadth and depth of knowledge and experience to get YOUR home SOLD! There I go with the caps again, but you get the idea. We do truly believe we offer the best marketing AND the experience to help sellers get the most for their home. And when you list with our team you get 2 for the price of 1. Two top-selling agents whose sole mission is to get YOUR home SOLD! Sometimes these types of generic cards say something along the lines of "Call for a free market analysis." We don't have time for that. We only want people who are actively considering selling to call us. If we get the appointment, we will get the listing. I'll check into this. But better if a client calls ONE number and SOMEONE answers, do you think? Or is it better if they call the person who they like the pic of the most? See comments below. Also, you MUST include the fair housing logo and the Realtor logo....both can be easily found on line. I'll include here a basic logo and pics of both of us. We have a cool contemporary building with a coffee shop embedded, etc. I can send a print quality version of our building but you can see it and other stuff about my company at www.myathenshouse.com. I'm the owner and founder. The website is terrible right now but we are doing an overhaul redesign that will launch soon. But you may find helpful info there. I welcome any phone calls or emails if you want to clarify something.
I recognize our photos may not be....ideal. But it's what we've got. Obviously we are not exactly the buttoned-up type. You can crop and do whatever you need to do. I'm the better looking of the two and also the one paying for this, but do what you can to help our poor CR. It was not a good photo day for either of us.
